What's good about today?

Well, we're here! Thinking about many who fought with every breath, so that people who they have never even met, could have better days than they did. Challenged yes, uncertain about the future yes, disappointed from time to time yes, but I refuse to be filled with regret. Each time I hear the birds sing, or see the vibrant colors of spring, I'm grateful. Reminds me of the battles won in moments when I couldn't see pass the pain or sorrow.
