Why did I become a Restorative Coach?

As a child and well through my young adulthood I struggled with my identity and lack of self-worth.

I later realized that most of the painful experiences I allowed in relationships were rooted in the thinking that I was undeserving.

It wasn't until my early 30's I began to take a very difficult, introspective, deep dive into who I truly was objectively.

The truth is in the root. Layer by layer I painstakingly began to peel back the memories and experiences from childhood which contributed to my identity crisis.

The journey to healing and restoration is indeed a lifelong process, which cannot be undertaken alone.

I'm grateful to those special people who have helped me get through some of the most difficult times of my life. Still today I am blessed to have them walk life's road with me.

Well, just in case you or someone you know

needs a little help, feel free to send me a message. Stay Well!

About Me

Vibrant red and purple flowers with clear blue sky background.

I find it difficult to focus on one thing at a time.  Often it is important that those closest to me jolts me out of my thoughts.  Getting caught up in all the stuff that goes through my head can be exhausting.  Talking it out or writing is a form of therapy and release for me.
