Without question, we're faced with tragedies in our nation and communities daily. We encounter personal challenges and traumas more often than we want to acknowledge.
The tragic loss of the lives of 19 children and 2 teachers on May 24th, 2022 in Uvalde Texas' Robb Elementary School is horrendous. This follows the hate crime against African Americans, another massacre which took the lives of 10 at the Tops grocery store in Buffalo N.Y. on May 14th, 2022.

The outrage and disillusionment felt all over the nation concerning the inaction of legislators and local governments to enact effective laws that protect the people of this nation cannot continue.
We demand change now, collectively as a nation in all 50 states. A united nationwide lawful agreement passed by legislators, limiting access to assault weapons, using specific mandated policies and regulations. Also, continued mental health follow up and education on active strategies which preserves/sustains lives. Strict proactive methods also aid in drastically reducing hate crimes and mass shootings, we can all play a part in prevention.
An unbiased access to ongoing mental health and overall wellness for all people, regardless of color, income or lack of insurance, can bring about lasting change in the delivery of healthcare. The days for political rhetoric and sound bites are over. Calling our legislators to action.
