Without a doubt I know my strengths and weaknesses. Over time I've come to realize that it's best to build my weakest parts, using muscles which are stronger, to compensate or lend support to my weak points. Many of us are better as one to one communicators. I sometimes get too emotional or fumble my words, especially when upset or when frustrated.
So I've learned it's best to wait until I'm ready before I speak. If not, it can go all wrong. Sometimes this can be misunderstood, since many may not have the patience to wait. If you can relate then you know, if one tries to force it, the consequences may not be what one hopes for.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 &11. "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."
